Personally, I think the only way an exotic is 'earned' is via an exotic bounty.

if the exotic bounties weren't random then sure.. and even then, the bounties aren't hard at all.. it takes way longer for most people to have one drop outside of bounties than just do a bunch of bounties and hope for one. there's not a single exotic bounty that's been hard for me.. some are tedious, none of them require much skill.

"arnt hard at all" ......are you a god? Thorn bounty I'm still on took 2 days to get to xyor the unwed and have you seen bad ju jus? 25 positive kd and 25 strikes?

the only "hard" thing is dismantling 10 rare fusion rifles.. and that's only hard if you don't know you can buy them from the gun smith.

Well for me PvP bounts are my bane..never been good at killing other players. So to me those are the worst.

yeah it can be tough.. especially for those who never liked cod or halo. For me those were my bread and butter.. just remember, don't play the way you want to.. play the way the game wants you to... i.e. breaking the games flawed mechanics.. It's pretty much how any fps player gets good.

With bills, a Gf things that prevent me from really honing my abilities in game or risk losing things tht matter more to me. Such as my job and potential wife. Ide love to spend the time becoming a PvP all star but as it sits. I won't. And there is always someone out there better than me. Therefore I try to stay away from PvP unless it's required and then I go back to strikes because those interest Me personally more than running around trying to kill players. Lol.

I just waited til I was lvl 27 and finished it my first go through. I have bad juju as well, 25 positive k/d took me two games.. just don't rush in with a shotgun and you're good. and the 25 strikes took me 5 hours..just did sepiks prime over and over..and over and over.

I suck with shottys fusion rifles and scout or autos for me :p

That kill streak thing is not as it sounds. Had to do one for my shotgun and it was done in a single game. Has nothing to do with having a 25+ KD. But the bounties are time consuming and can be a pain in the ass.
