When I was a kid I played through Super Mario 3 on original NES for months on end trying to complete the entire game without dying once, not because I got an achievement, not because I got a shiny new gun, not because I wanted to flex my E-peen on the internet (the internet didn't exist), but because I liked the game and liked the challenge even more.
It seems like there is never a good game anymore in the eyes of the gaming community because it's always going to be either too hard or too easy, and in this case it's both. Destiny is as hard, and as rewarding as you want it to be.
If you only want to beat the campaign once and call it quits, good for you; go away and don't post it on the forums because nobody cares.
If you are pissed because you don't have all purples yet, go google how to get purples and put more effort into it.
If "X" game is better than Destiny because of "A", "B", and "C"; that's great, go play that game and stop wasting your time complaining about a game millions of people are playing and enjoying.

When did gamers become such crybabies: When developers became more money hungry. Mario was a -blam!-in awesome game man. No cut out content. Full story mode. New maps and new ways to play. Always entertaining. They created a game to capture gamers attention, not gamer's money. They didn't charge you for each world lol. Destiny gives you a half ass story and wants you to pay the other half.
