I've had the same issue with certain warlock bonds. I cant recall which ones, but it's generally the ones whose thumbnail looks like a solid piece of metal

You get plasteel playing from class items in general, it just depends on the rarity status of the item. Ascendant materials and other armor upgrade materials such as plasteel and sapphire wire are random.

Also to note, I am a hunter and get such materials from cloaks.

I experienced this issue today with a bond called Born of Sight. It was rather plain looking, had no level requirement, and was most definitely a warlock bond. Yet it broke down into the Titan's Plasteel Plating.

That's some bullshit. Since it'll be months before I make a Titan, it's just useless mats. Sorry to hear I'm not the only one affected by this glitch.
