Is it just me that doesn't even see anyone ranked below 20? I keep seeing these posts about how someone got killed by a lower level, but for me 95% of enemies in iron banner so far have been lvl 20+...

It's just you, I came here looking for this because I see sub-lvl15 players a lot. I don't see much of a difference either, but I'm sure it's there because when I have a lvl9 and a lvl11 player on my team, it's very difficult to win. I figured there would be a lvl restriction.

I'm a 20 and I haven't noticed a difference in levels 20-30 still the same

You'll never catch the difference, I have money saying that there was never a difference and this is a social experiment Bungie is pulling to see who actually believes to have experienced the level advantage
