To those complaining about the Mythoclast

I made a reply in another thread to a post from a forum "Ninja" who literallly over complicated the whole situation, asking for a nerf on the VMC is the wrong move. As a community we should be pushing for -
Doesnt have to be that complicated, if the "Level advantages disabled" actually made weapons balanced with each other none of this would be a problem. The VMC shouldnt be nerfed, the Crucible balancing needs to be reworked with weapons. People are looking at it the wrong way.
Bungie reworking the sad excuse for "balance" with some certain weapons. Basically if "Level advantages disabled" actually balanced some weapons so their damage output all is within the same range there wouldnt be any cries about this gun in particular in the first place. It is the hardest gun in the game to obtain, You must beat the "hardest" content in the game and then pray to the RNG gods you even get it. So pushing for a nerf on a gun people have put in ungodly hours of time in to get because of a balancing system in the crucible that is complete dog meat is not fair. Push for balancing fixes in the crucible because the VMC isnt the only gun that shreds, SUROS, Shingen-E, Fusion Rifles and Shotty Bugatties. So basically if everyone was on a level playing field regarding guns other people may use was actually a level playing field, there wouldnt have ever been a waterfall of tears showering the community about how OP the gun is. Push Bungie for more work on balancing their PvP normal Playlist. Not a nerf on the one gun that must be earned in this game.

 • They could make it so you could solo VoG on hard mode with the VMC but nerf it for PvP and I would be totally fine with that. Doing something "hard" in PvE doesn't give someone the right to use a broken gun in PvP. Let's be honest though, you what you PvE'ers really want is the broken LolStomp affect from your raid items. You don't care about balance, the real reason you are in VoG in the first place is to have an advantage in PvP.
