If you are using the app, navigate toward the main menu that has options for legend, forum, etc tap the one that says tower map, then find the vendor/faction dealer on there it should tell you your rank and how much more reputation you need to level up, at least it does for me

Lazy? Typical incorrect stereotype. Actually the most productive country and culturally diverse. I'm from Ireland and I at least know that. Lots of stupid people out today.
