yeah i shoulder charged a hunter, got hit by a knife after i hit him, and we both die

Hmm, for me when it's a tad laggy (usually at night when I get put on another server) I see the other person go down first and then suddenly I go down as well since apparently we both got the kill shot in at the same time which is odd, so I chalk it always up to lagginess. ie. my game didn't receive the killshot from other side yet and assumes I was first, the other side's game instance thought the same thing and it's synced up thru the server we die both... Sure there are other ways to a more legit Postmortem kill, but the above thing usually happens for me when I play middle of the night with non-European opponents...
