This is purely for the sake of statistics. These deaths were collected playing Control and Combined Arms.
I personally find the there are to many ways to face "inescapable death" where there was nothing you could have done to save yourself like when you turn a corner and are immediately killed by a rocket. I also find it annoying that the plurality of my deaths are instant kills from supers.
[spoiler]If the order of the weapons seem odd it's in the order of the deaths. IE After I decided to start counting Arcblade was my first death.[/spoiler]

You or someone else who frequents the Crucible should tally up ways of dying over a period of time rather than over a certain number of deaths. It would also be interesting to see if the time of day would have any effect. Another interesting factor to consider would be the day of the week. It would be preferable to keep statistics gathered from different playlists to be kept separate from each other.
