  • I have experienced a similar thing. Not a single Legendary Engram random drop since the patch went live... I have gotten legendary engrams from leveling the cryptarch though. BNGHelp1 this is something you definitely need to look into!

  • Im pretty sure that the cryptarch no longer gives legendary engrams on level up since they now guarantee legendaries. They should have changed it to every 5 levels instead of none.

  • I got a legendary engram on cryptarch level 10. My first time getting a legendary from him. Its all just luck.

  • I am willing to "speak up"...so Mr."BNGHelp1" why have none of our issues been addressed yet? like hmmmm green friggin engrams, crappy server connections (your guys fault not our internet connections), loss of items from the vault which is supposed to be secure, or other problems people are reporting? I can answer this myself I just wanted to hear your answer....want to hear mine? you guys are not doing anything about it because all the developers care about are selling copies of this game and like sony says they dont offer refunds....damn if they did I would have gotten mine the day after the engram updates came out and installed because frankly the problems we are having makes me think of spitting on your shoes in person but why dont I act on that? Because unlike you and the rest of your team some people actually know how to respect other people instead of just caring about making ridiculous amounts of money selling a video game with outrageously large amounts of problems that maybe if you werent too busy sitting on your asses and doing whatever you are not supposed be doing and actually do your jobs by addressing our problems and trying to make the people that are legally the reason you are in business than you might actually cut way back on the negative comments floating around in the help boards about the work you people are doing and actually if your lucky see a couple thank yous for doing a good job but you wont hear one from me because you should have to be told to do your job or told how to do your job because that is why you are getting the little piece of paper that you take to the bank. Although I am running this message a little long, I bid you a good day and have fun NOT fixing our problems like usual, THIS IS ONE PERSON THAT REFUSES TO PLAY YOUR NOW CRAPPY GAME UNTIL YOU ADMIT THAT NONE IS DOING A DAMN THING ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE!! oh and if you do end up fixing and reversing the problem/update with the engrams then maybe I will play your game again but frankly I am disgusted at bungie now and I used to love bungie for halo and thinking this game was going to be as good as halo? wow holy crap was I wrong this makes halo look like it was made by people that actually knew how to satisfy customers

    Lol, spoiled brat alert. You definitely can't tell someone how to do their job. You sound like your 12, so I'll assume that you are 12. Since you cannot legally have a job, you cannot decide, nor criticize someone on their level of effort at there job. Considering you are one person out of the millions that bought this game, I'm sure they will be just fine without another spoiled brat playing. Not to mention they already have made the money off you. They have these things called patches, that they have been dispatching every week, if you actually payed any attention to the news feed, you would know that. Since your still small minded and only focus on you. I can guarantee if I was the employee reading what you said, I definitely wouldn't put any effort into assisting you.     Regardless wether it is a rant or criticism you fail to contribute any effort in solving the problem. You sit there and rant on how someone is doing their job. While you sit there and bring nothing to the table. That's called laziness, sir/ma'am. So I would suggest that you learn to partake in a solution, instead of ranting/complaining/whining/annoying, and actually help assist in the issues you have. So chill out and wait for a patch. You know those things that you have to download, just about every week. Those would be the solutions, and I don't see your name on any of those, or any indication that you contributed in helping any of the players, or assisting in the creation or ideas with said patch.   • well if they were to answer us I might share my ideas on game change ideas or updates to problems we might be having, etc. but they dont answer us, they dont ask us, they hardly listen to us.

  • If they didn't listen they wouldn't have patches. Instead of talking they took action. They could spend all day talking to players, and coming up with ideas, but if they just talked and took no action, they would be the liers that you ranted about, but they aren't. They listen to what the players say. They took action, they created patches. They are working on solutions. We have to be patient, as terrible as we all may think it is. We have to be patient and wait for them to continue taking actions, so they can have the perfect game. Thanks Frogs

  • Im fairly certain the workers at bungie are working their asses off to fix the various bugs and issues with destiny, you have to remember that they cant fix everything this instant, they aren't magic. Now you can hate on them all you want, but there are many people like me who support bungie in their plot of world dominaton.

  • I would very much like to have somebody from the website support team please investigate why when after logging into my account and then check my email in Microsoft outlook for the link that will validate my Comcast.net email address. For some reason after logging in to my account and going to this website, http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/7143100#context=settings&tab=notificationsAndEmail, and at the validation email link and clicking on it which should have you send me a email to validate that address. After several tries on different days I am just not getting that email or any email from you but know that my email service thru Microsoft outlook with Comcast.net is working because I am getting and able to send email from others. I am still not able to validate my email account and sure would like to start receiving emails from you. I have also checked in all folders in both Microsoft Outlook and in my GMail.com for any emails from Bungie but could not find any so I think I just am not getting the emails.. I just also tried changing my Bungie email address to my gmail.com email address and I am still having the same problem. I think there might be a problem with this service on the bungie website. BUNGIE web team Please investigate your system because I think their is a problem. I have posted 4 related help request topics and have sent several emails to bnetbugs@bungie.com and have yet to get any kind of reply from the bungie web support team. Are they just completely ignoring me? I am very frustrated that nobody from bungie has responded to my help request.

  • Is this the only way to talk to you guys? Or is there a sure fire way to email you guys. I'm asking now because I've never seen a bungie employee respond to a post in the forum. And sometimes I have a question or a concern or even something I'd like to report, the reason I'm not saying them now is because last time I had a concern I posted it and I also don't know if I can veiw my past forums. My best guess is that it was fixed and that's why I forgot. But yeah, anyways. Sure fire way of contacting you?
