I purchased destiny the taken King from Xbox live store for $20 and downloaded it. I restarted the game and it continues to ask me to "play free trial" or "see in store". I cannot get the game out of trial mode. I cannot access the whole game. In the Xbox live store it says destiny the taken King has been purchased and installed. I've tried uninstalling destiny and reinstalling it and it hasn't worked. Please help. Why i just don't understand how Playstation players get all the exclusive weapons and stuff and we get nothing i understand you're under contract but you -blam!-ed everyone on xbox one over because were paying the same amount for the update but not getting the content we paid for it doesn't make any sense we don't want the jade rabbit and zen metor next year are all the other shit i preorder my copy the first day its just sad it wasn't like this back in the halo days

I'm having an issue with my destiny game I bought with the taken king add on my xbox is saying I don't own the game when I know I do because after my gf bought it and I took her off I had to buy it myself because she wasn't on it anymore now I have all the add ons and no main game can you help me. I really don't want to end up paying 120 bucks for a game I have already purchaced.

I bought a level 25 titan pack for thirty dollars from the xbox store and when I opened it from my postmaster all I received was the exotic mark, shader, and hammertime. HELP. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

I've been unable to connect to my game in days. Who do I talk to about that? No emails or phone numbers and it's really frustrating me. @BNGHelp1, I am currently trying to pre order the "Rise of Iron" DLC but it will not let me due to the fact that I did not purchase "The Taken King". But if I go to Destiny in my library it clearly shows I have the season pass. Could you please help me? It's frustrating!

In need of serious help. I just purchased the taken King (late, I'm aware) but the level 25 boost never appeared at the postmasters. I did not start any characters before hand but made a brand new one and there's nothing waiting for me. This is very upsetting considering that it was said to come with the purchase and now I'm concerned that nothing else installed. Should I uninstall and reinstall it all over?
