Best item you can buy with Glimmer in the Tower?
I was just wondering what the best item I can buy with Glimmer is in the tower for someone above level 20? There are a lot of good items if you have marks or a rank, but is there anything I can buy straight-up or get easily by obtaining a rank? I'm talking guns, armor, ships, even cosmetic stuff.

The best thing is probably a weapon from the Queen's emissary (if you have the rep) but the most useful IMO are the ammo packs from the weapon smith. Especially if you're planning on doing the Vault Of Glass. Always try and have plenty in your inventory... Better than hitting the glimmer cap right?
