Alright Loot Drop System I'm Done
Seriously I understand that it is a Private Loot Drop system and not RNG but at this point I wish it was RNG. The fact of the matter is that I have to be the most unluckiest guy on destiny. 120 Hours in and still basically all blue weapon gear except the rocket launcher from the raid I did today (Not the exotic btw legendary) and the sniper rifle from the queens missions that is basically one of the three items I got over and over. I look at my friends who are lower leveled, less time played, and less bounties returned and yet these guys get exotic bounties, exotic weapons and armor on random drops after matches or after strikes/story related missions. What do I get you ask........Shards.....I got shards all through the raid up to the legendary rocket launcher after killing the final boss. How is that fare in anyway possible.....I kept my hopes up until I beat the boss and only received a meager rocket launcher when the other people in the raid received exotic weapons. I about threw my controller through the wall... I have done my fare share of grinding. Playing the strike list, farming caves, farming missions, turning in bounties. And what do I get not much for all the work put in......I have to honestly ask does anyone feel the same way I mean I can't be the only guy that feels like the system is just overly broken.

It won't be really addressed till they suffer the drop in population needed to gouge them into emergency mode. Till then enjoy the frustration.

Go get your vanguard, crucible, dead orbit, new monarchy, or future war cult up to level 3. Buy your legendary gear. If you refuse to do this, you aren't playing the right way.

Yesterday I got 2 blue decoded emgrams and went to cryptarch.. never got a legendary from decoding until yesterday. 2 purples in a row. I guess I got lucky?? Cryptarch lvl 8

Yeah, I'm about done here as well. I'm really just killing time waiting for Borderlands the pre sequel at this point. This game has so many points where it's broken that it hurts.

8 RepliesIt does make me wonder if there might not be some kind of bug. I have never received an exotic bounty and have played 80 hours.

Im sick of watching my friends and others get legendary and exotic gear. I bought 90% of my gear for my 2 characters. My buddies seem to get an exotic every other day. I never get exotics from a legendary.... 2 rares turned into a legendary and they were not for my characters, so frustrating! I hate the fact that at level 29 I see all these greens dropping, why do we want greens when we are level 20+???? Greens for DAYS! Then you have people that get so many exotics and legendaries that they break them down. WTF The other day I saved up 25 rare engrams and not 1 turned into a legendary. I have done over 50 strikes since the update and not one legendary as a reward. I can keep going, but there is no point. The frustration is REAL!

Not entirely sure, I have gotten different loot on each one of my characters with no problems. I have noticed once you finally get that first exotic you start to find more. After I Originally hit 20 it did take me some time before I got a legendary and an exotic weapon. With the queens bounties alone you can hit about 24 or 25 light easy.
