Ouch... Unfortunately you are responsible for all who use your account, and recovery of a deleted character isn't possible. If you enjoy the game, though, make it a challenge to see how fast you can get back to 26! Stick around!

My lvl 25 Titan was missing from my profile when I logged on Saturday Oct 11 at around 1 or 2pm central. I had logged off early in the morning with all three of my leveled characters intact. I did NOT delete a character. I'm an adult and live with my wife and two teen-aged kids. My profile is passcode protected and my kids don't know it. My kids have their own accounts and use the 360 not the XBox One. Also, I was the last one to go to bed when I logged off and my wife had been up before the kids. Nobody accessed my account. And yet, logged on, lvl 25 Titan is gone along with all of their legendary gear and weapons. It's hard to believe that Bungie doesn't have a back-up of player profiles. Considering how much hacking takes place I would consider it rather reckless not to. While I have started another Titan I would like to have my previous character recovered. Telling me, "recovery of a deleted character isn't possible" would either tell me that Bungie is reckless with it's customers information or doesn't want to be bothered with something they would consider insignificant. I don't consider a weeks worth of my effort coupled with my investment in your product and future products trivial.
