I agree. The RNG aspect is very frustrating. With 100 hours of gameplay, I only got one legendary weapon drop and no legendary armor, until Queen's Wrath. I prefer having to actually earn gear like the way you had to save up credits to buy gear in Halo Reach.

So, like with the factions and Vanguard and Crucible marks in this very game? Drops are just a bonus.
