I propose we designate a spot in the tower for raid invites. Random invites do not always pan out. I say the BAR in the Tower Hanger past Dead Orbit & under Future War Cult where Xur was last weekend. If you are looking to get picked up for a game just go down there and have a seat. Not too many people go down there to play around so I think it's a good spot. We don't have proximity chat yet so in the mean time this will have to do.

So far the Tower Hanger Bar is the spot to hang if you want to pick up a team for VoG.
Just a thought,
Once you start to assemble a team, just go to orbit and back to a different tower to pick up more players if needed.

MEETING SPOTS
VoG Raid = Tower Hanger Bar
Weekly = Second floor behind the Post Master
Night Fall = Hallway under Bounty tracker

I've tried waiting a few times, no luck so far :(
guess I'm never going to get a raid!

As have I. I don't think there is enough people in this B.net community to make a dent in the overall Destiny community. One of my team mates has only signed into Bungie.net once, and that was to join our clan. I wonder what the numbers are for how many players there are in destiny vs the number of players that frequent the forums.

It is a great idea tho - perhaps the dev's can make an official spot that shows up on the map, etc so that even those who don't frequent the forum can figure it out!
