BS! Before the patch I used to get level 16 items from legendary engrams all the time and it's -blam!-ing demoralizing!

True his post was before the patch. So then this whole discussion is void. But the statement only getting legendary that is lvl 20 still holds.

I received a legendary from nightfall two weeks back which turned out to be a rare gauntlet.
