Destiny is not an mmo. Destiny servers cannot handle massive content. I'd you want massive content, you better like cash shops or a monthly fee for the game to pay for servers and overhead.

Static mobs are not what causes extreme load on servers.

2 extra guys though? Not sure about that. Take out mobs, public events, chest and farmable spawns, should be fine. Battles will be spread out enough.

Bungie has never done an mmo. You don't pay a monthly subscription fee and there is no cash shop. You don't need to be an expert to come to the conclusion that bungie does not have the servers to support game play involving 200+ users.

You want bigger maps. There is a difference. What was described is already in the game. There is 6v6. There could be 8v8, but never 16v16 with the current server size.

So what do you want? 8v8 is a possibility. Never anything larger than that. You are never going to get open world pvp, because this is not an MMO. So you already have larger maps, and you already have 6v6. You could request 8v8. But you are not going to get anything more without a subscription fee, cash shop, or both. Grasp reality.

Last I checked, Battlefield doesn't have subscription fees, and that 32vs32... You might want to start playing catch up on technology.

Alright, but I also know Planetside has that in game store, but that's also free-to-play. So I'm really failing to see the connection between servers to allow PvP in larger areas, and subscription based fees. You see, we can go all day pointing out individual games that have subscription fees, and ones that don't. In fact, the only game I can think of that has a initial cost of $60 and also has a subscription tied to it, is ESO, and that deals with hundreds of players all connected to a "state of the art" Mega server. Now you do bring up some other interesting points. One, 15 is rather random, if you get that from my gamertag, then you are misguided. You see, 99Z was a joke MOS in my basic training that stood for Combat Ninja. So maybe you should not judge someone before making a random assumption. "Now go to bed! It's a school night." It's not even night time here. Another misguided assumption. Not everyone lives in Europe. (based on timezone difference, that's a reasonable assumption). In fact, where yes I do have school (I go to college), I also have work to attend in 3 hours. You see, I actually have a life outside of dealing with random bullshit that you say.

That or the servers aren't as expensive as you think they are. Pay to play MMO... Yeah, when you have hundreds of people in a game, it kinda demands better servers than lets say, 32? Besides from Destiny, that cost $500 million, are you telling me that CoD goes towards recouping there developmental cost. I mean, they are the most sold game almost every year. On top of that, I don't think you understand that console gamers actually have to pay for DLC. You know, the content that comes after the release. But I'll let you live in your ignorance.

Yes, R&D does go into expansions. But 90% of the models are already made, the engine is already made, all you have to do is make the specialty pieces, build the set, and put in the voice acting (where it's easier said than done, that's the basics of it)
