There are a lot of things wrong with the game. But rather than focus on those I still enjoy playing a game that hasn't been out for a month yet.
Things take time, updates changes still have to follow that whole process of test, alpha, beta then product launch. Instant patches and fixes will cause more problems in the long run.

Guess a lot of people like doing the same crap every day. So glad I bought the ledgendary edition. Game play is great. Just so limited. Nothing like fallout borderlands sky rim fable. So disappointing.

Depends how you play it. Given the repetitive nature, it eliminates the need to concentrate and thus allowing the flexibility to converse with fellow gamers. I believe almost every night I have played destiny in a full Xbox party chat with each memeber doing individual things and some times working together. So for a sociable game its a rather nice relaxing game to play with new friends.

What's the biggest problem that you think they should make a priority?

The biggest problem would be community spirit, granted its difficult to measure though picking an easy fix would help quell things. People crying out for matchmaking in raids, many people disagree. Simple fix would be to create anothet forum heading titled Raids that can go between Destiny and Feedback. Here people can get raid groups easier.

How do we encourage actual discussion in the forums rather than caps lock anger wars?

Regretfully that's not something anyone can fix. The anonymous nature of the internet people seem to think that speaking in a manner not accepted in real life is perfectly normal online. The concept of a kitten will present itself as a lion online. A manner in which to game meaningful conversation is also difficult because people out there take great enjoyment of trolling. The current stable is multiple choice surveys but even those lack the flexibility to find a root solution since the answers are pre generated.

It's difficult sometimes to just stick to the issue and not address insults and ranting. I've found in some cases if you stay the course and not feed into the anger, you cabn eventually get somewhere.

Two problems are that sometimes the issue can become buried under the flames making an intial good post lose its validity. The other is that sometimes despite the language and use of caps a person may have a valid argument for/against something. I've given up trying to mute the countless people trolling on these forums, just in the hopes that I could refine what i see on these forums.

Yeah I've muted my fair share. It's sometimes hard to see the good ideas through the anger wall but I agree that they exist. If only presented in better light.

Also you have to look at the age of the game then compare to more seasoned games. There forums are more mature as are there games. This is because with initial launch you will fill the forums with a mass of people just waiting for something else and have no real vested interest in the game. A few more months down the line and the forums should mature and be able to maintain more meaningful topics.

They should add more missions. Just more things to do really. Would make it much better than it already is.

Would you like things such as class and race missions? What about stealth/surveillance/espionage missions?
