We are absolutely listening to your feedback and experiences, and we know how hard it is to stay optimistic. It can be difficult to see our inner-workings but these issues are keeping a great many people very busy. We are sorry for these errors and will continue to update players when we can.

Plastefuchs XB1 centipede since 9/25 My profile on Bungie also can't be loaded: "unable to load profile, plese try later". When i log off, I can see only my Level 20 warlock which has the centipede error. It does not show my newer Level 18 Warlock, I created on 27/9 after the Centipede Error. It seems to be an link problem between my Bungie Account and my XBL Account.

i cant even download your damn game after 5 days. im sick of trying this shit. spent 2 hours with xbox on the phone and they said it has to be the game or something. trully sick of this shit. as far as im concerened i wasted 60 -blam!-ing dollars on your shitty game that wont even -blam!-ing work on my xbox. i have absolutely no issues with any other game or anything. can i get a refund or can you guys fix this problem? biggest dissapointment in bungie history. have supported you guys for as long as i can remember.

It does reflect very poorly on this game and your company that you are nearly impossible to get costumer service from and any sign that anyone over there is listening at all. Why aren't these issues fixed? I'm sorry but as veterans in the online gaming community how can you be so dumbfounded at the issues you are having? You clearly have no answers to the majority of these problems! I was fine the first few days then it has been all downhill ever since.

weird thing is, when it first launched everything was perfect. never had any centipede/bee errors. It all started happening on the 27th. since then, I can't stay logged in for more than 10-15 minutes at a time without getting disconnected. Every other pc/ps4 game I have works fine. it's only this game.

If you could please update us daily as you did today it would be a big help to the players that are still locked out of out their accounts. Its only fair as we just waited 3 days from the last update to hear bad news.
