Don't want to be called a "gamer" anymore..

Not totally true, but from the comments I see on the forums here, youtube, twitch and various other sites, its very disheartening what gamers appear to be like now. I just read constant hate on how everything and everyone completely sucks and how much is owed to them. Destiny has been one of the best $60 I've spent in a loooong time. It's an amazing game and if no new content is to be released or I was completely done playing this game, I'd be very happy with the time spent on it. Just want to say thanks you to all that worked tirelessly on this game for an amazing experience. Anyone else feel like saying thanks, let it be known below or in a new post. Thanks Bungie! Edit: This is just one opinion, we all (should) know that and was a thank you in an appropriate place for one. I don't think everyone should or does care about it.

  • I'm actually cool with it. I work in the oil fields as a pumping unit mechanic, own my own house, and I I'm totally fine with identifying myself as a gamer. I mean hey, some people are in to football, Nascar, baseball, cars, or other things. Why should me spending my free time on games be a bad thing? I work hard for what I have so who's allowed to tell me what I should do? It's like I tell my coworkers; I'm a grown ass child, if I wanna play games and watch movies for hours on end, then I will dammit!
