I shot a hunter using arc blade point blank with a rocket, killing myself and trying to take them with me. I died and he continued to spam his melee killing my teammates behind me. I'm a titan, and find this unacceptable.

I'm glad someone else noticed. A direct hit should kill any class super or not

I tend to think rockets are still somewhat tricky to use regardless of what you just said. In general rockets don't seem to have much splash damage, and it really needs to be a direct hit if the person is at full health otherwise its a no kill.

I agree that they can survive way too much, but I can live with that as my super can counter theirs. The OP part for me is the range. Arc Blade with movement perks gives way to much mobility to counter, and speed that no other class can match.

Yes of course they have more speed, my point is that the other classes don't have toughness, power or range that matches. Therefore hunters are op, not because of their super, but because of their mobility. The best hunters use this mobility with their super and I believe that is why everyone is saying their super is op.

I've heard that this happened to people all over the forum but I have never lived through a rocket while using Arc Blade. I find it hard to believe since I've died many times from rockets but I guess I can't say for sure if multiple people say it has :/

I die just from getting shot while running at people... Maybe I'm doing it wrong, but Hunters supers are definitely the hardest ones to use, so I don't understand why everyone complains about them.

Edited by Lord Vetinari: 10/1/2014 7:53:59 AMA blade dancer can take enough skills to up his armour enough to survive a rocket whilst in blade dancer, but you need to sacrifice almost all your agility to do it. and the rocket launcher needs to be relatively low impact Edit.... shoulder charge shielded titans and radiance warlocks can also survive a low impact rocket

I've shot an arc blader with my exotic 3 times point blank but he turn around and killed me bedoee the 4th shot.
