This game costs about as much as it does to go out for one night
And almost every single one of you are complaining so bad like they robbed you millions of dollars. If you have played this game more than 2 days total play time....you have more than got your money's worth. If you had fun with this game for two weeks, you once again got your money's worth. If you go to the bar, or the movies, or on a date you will spend more than 60 dollars unless you are the cheapest person on the planet.
Please stop complaining, you all are ridiculous.

EDIT: Final edit, if you do feel this game wasn't worth your money than simply stop playing. It's a simple solution. If you feel like you were lied to or you feel unfufilled then I am sorry, but just don't play and you can fill the empty void with something positive you enjoy.

Indeed. Some will say they didnt enjoy the 72 hours they put into it. But the fact is this is no different than any other game in almost every aspect that ppl seem to complain about and now want refunds for. Like they expect bungie to send them strippers to get lapdances just because they spent $60.

I don't think most complaints are about money just the game could have so much more than it is ,definitely GOTY material if handled better .

$110 after tax. Took a girl out for drinks and sushi for way less than that. When I blow that much on booze at a bar, there usually stories that get told for weeks afterwards. I have yet to form any real lasting memories from playing Destiny. So yeah...still not worth the money.

2 RepliesI feel that if you spent 60 dollars on this game. and because it did not live up to YOUR expectations your world is now shattered, and your hurting so much financially you want lawsuits. Then your priorities are not in order and you should not have put 60 bucks on any game in the first place. I've played games for a long time and have been burned by a few. But It has never been world demolishing, nor should it ever be

1 ReplyI actually got into gaming for this very reason, I would go out every night (literally) and blow hundreds of dollars on boos and girls and such (I had just gotten back from Afghanistan) I knew I had to stop but I had nothing to do but stare at a blank wall in my barracks ... So I filled that wall with a big TV and got my first xbox360, and so began my gaming life.

5 RepliesI agree with the OP 100%. People compare this game to WoW when WoW had a cost of $180 a year JUST off of subscription fees. They compare it to other games with multiple DLCs already added as if this game at release was supposed to just be the most amazing game ever. I don't even try convincing people anymore, if they're complaining I just say this might not be the game for them if they can't play it without logging onto forums to complain.

We are complaining because we didn't receive the same product that was advertised to us in 2013, nor does the game include basic functions like voice chat or raid matchmaking also some of the advertising was very misleading, but most of all WHY THE -blam!- DO I HAVE TO PAY TO PLAY CONTENT THAT IS ALREADY ON THE DISC I PAID FOR??

And if you want to argue about replay ability, you can buy a movie and watch the same thing over and over, just like how you're playing the same thing over and over.

I've spent more on a single plate of food, whereas this game has devoured my time a hundred-fold. Enjoyment is also subjective, while I can empathize with many concerns and statements made about the game, they are not what I was looking forward to most when I purchased Destiny. Hopefully in time their needs can be met by Bungie.

6 RepliesI brought FFX remastered for less than this game yet it has more content, story, depth, world connection, better characters and, although linear like this game, still feels bigger as a whole package This was a PS2 game, we are now on the PS4 and have to put up with half arsed games with a lack of inspiration and immersion, it's been said before many times that it doesn't do anything new. I feel sorry for the Xbox 360 and PS3 players because one of it's redeeming qualities are the graphics, and those consoles ain't got that

I agree. I spend hundreds keeping my gf and I's apartment stocked and ready to go with food, drink, entertainment, etc. every month. As a specific example, I pay $79.99 a month on a cable package with simply basic cable. That basic cable is watched maybe 10-20 hours a month. Destiny came out 3 weeks ago for $59.99 and I've already put in over 65 hours, and you people consider that casual...please get over yourself lmao.
