So all the DLC has been confirmed as being on the damn disc

This is unreal. Making us wait until the end of the year and next year, chopping out parts of the game that are clearly already done and just locked behind invisible walls and BS like that. This is Capcom and the SFxT debacle all over again, just they've hidden it fairly well. From the looks of everything on these maps, THIS would have been a full, complete game. This is incredibly despicable Bungie. Especially since you are claiming that the DLC are so called "expansions", what a load of BS.

  • You guys realize Bungie doesn't have much say in the matter at this point right? Going to Activision and selling their souls with a ten year contract kind of decided that.. Bungie is the creative force behind destiny, but Activision plays gatekeeper, allowing certain parts in, cutting content out to sell later as dlc, taking away the 'open' world where 'everything you see is playable geometry, not just a skybox'.. While it's disappointing that Bungie folded under the titanic pressure that is Activision, and the legally binding contract, they didn't have much of a choice at that point.. If we hope to see what Destiny was intended to be (by the creative genius at Bungie, not the corporate heads at Activision) our best bet (which still isn't good) would be to pressure Activision, direct all of this outcry towards them, and hope that they give Bungie more freedom over their own IP in the future in attempt to save what's left of their reputation (Activision's).
