I got my Hard Light from the weekly Nightfall strike last week.

Each week there is a different Nightfall strike. It shows up on the sidebar or in the strike playlists. It's a level 28 strike that is hard as nails. You whipe you get booted out to orbit. Extremely tough enemies and when you beat it you get a buff that increases rep and xp gain. At the end you have a chance to get exotics or ascendent mats. I got the Hard Light from the end reward.

I don't think it is a bounty. Either engram, crucible, or vault of glass may be your only options for picking it up. I did see another exotic auto rifle for sale with xur though, so it may show up there at some point in the future.

I was just hoping someone could give me some insight as to how I could obtain it.
