Just turn in bounties repeatedly and wait for the Exotic Weapon Bounty. I have gotten 3 in the last 2 days. Pocket Infinity, Super Good Advice, and Bad Juju.

I've turned in at least over a hundred since the release of this game, I've gotten nothing.

Seriously? I think I have done about 100 and I have gotten 5 now in total. They are actually a bit of a nuisance as they fill up your limited bounty space.
