I assume you are see the #vulture error. Is that correct?
That error has to do with parental permissions and or profile access availability.
Did you check that there have been no changes to the Parental Locks on your playstation?

Comcast has been slow all day connecting to any webpage on my laptop. Earlier today the game thought I didn't have PS+. I had to sign out of my PSN account and back in to get it to fix this. Now I'm timing out or getting my connection reset while logging in, and when I first try to sign in I get to pop ups, one telling me my account doesn't have permission to see user generated media, and the other that I don't have permission to use chat or messaging functions in this application. Then it doesn't connect. I did get a cattle error one time, but mostly just servers not available.
