Just go to Devil's Lair by yourself while patrolling the Cosmodrome. The Devil Walker is really easy to solo and you'll be guaranteed a notch in your bounty. Just kill it, go to orbit, and repeat. The Devil's Lair can be accessed from the Divide.

Yep that's how I did mine took less than half hour,just use speeder to go past everyone
