What do you mean by level advantages disabled

a lvl 1 player vs a lvl 20 who will win? a 300 attack 1/3 impact bar AR will do full damage and the starter gun will be a pea shooter. armor will affect you as well so if you have a 500 defense and get hit by a 250 dmg gun you will lose half of your HP so the higher the defense the better
