I see people say, "It's fine that they are going to release content in a few months because it's an 'mmo' and this is standard in this type of game." And to that I say that it's true - they do tend to do that. However, while it's standard for the course to release content after the game or expansion has been released, it is Not OK to have the company charge you for that content that gets released so soon after the games release. Normally when mmos add content, the first few updates by adding new dungeons and pvp maps are Free and it's the substantial expansion packs that cost the extra cash.
So don't go around saying it's alright for them to release the expansions for $40 to add the content that should have been released in the game or added for free because all you do is support a new model that says it's perfectly fine for them to make us have to pay extra an extreme amount of cash for a finished product.

People really need to stop whining about this stuff. Considering that a video game today costs about $10 more than it did in the days of NES and Master System, compared to the fact that video game budgets rival movie budgets these days, you're getting your games comparatively cheaper than you did back then. You don't want to pay the extra money, don't, but shut up, because everyone else is tired of hearing it. /rant
