Its not that the scout rifle is underpowered, its that the AR is overpowered.

Bungie released notes saying they did in fact nerf the scout since beta. The Auto feels good as it is in my opinion but the Scout's range and ease of head shots has to be be improved.

Yeah I know they nerfed it lol I guess I'm just used to it its my primary weapon of choice. My issue with the AR is that there is no bullet spread and you dont even really have to aim. I was a Halo 3 MLG fan though.
