Hmmm I can't think of anything I do regret... If I do make mistakes I see it as a valuable learning experiences and move on to not make the same mistake but not let it weigh me down.

I can't think that way, but I don't really mind. When I make mistakes, I can't help but to mentally and emotionally beat myself up for it. However, it's because of that that I've grown to be a quick learner who seems to excel in what he does. So I'm honestly quite thankful for my critical self-judgement.

It's pretty much the same except I don't beat myself up over it anymore. I used to beat myself about decisions/mistakes and regretting them but I don't anymore and don't how I bypass the regret part.
