NO VANGUARD MARK RESET :( help please
I'm literally going crazy, a guy told me that the weekly vanguard marks should reset on tuesdays and another guy told me later this day but it hasnt Resetted! I bought this game the day after it was officially released and got 100 marks that week. What is happening ? ? ? :( *cries* Is there some other way to get it to reset? Since this doesn't seem to work?

mine hasn't reset either, i simply cant be bothered to play anymore until this is fixed. my email is shroden@hotmail.com and my live name and character is shroden. if this gets sorted i will be majorly impressed, i trust bungie... activision however..... I will log in everyday until i see my weekly vanguard marks have been set to zero. then i'll boot up destiny. not a moment before.

TEMP FIX: If the vendors have reset 2am PST on Tuesday morning and your vanguard/Crucible marks have not reset. Just logout and log back in.

1 ReplyFirstly: It's all done on Tuesdays from what I understand... Secondly: DO NOT cash in those bounties or materials until the max resets... Thirdly: Do what I'm doing when this happens; Get 50 in each material, Max out your Van/Cru Bounties and then switch over to another game to pass the time... Like Dark Souls or something. That way when it resets you get a butt load of marks and rep. Actually while I'm here, can someone fill me in on something, when I went to try it I was already maxed out: Do you get marks for cashing in bounties or is that just materials?

Edited by Noflexing365: 9/30/2014 12:12:11 AMThe marks carry over. I had 100 marks capped before I was rank 2 and then Tuesday's @2am PST they get reset allowing me to carry 175 marks before I hit rank 2 and was able to purchase boots plus gloves and have 53 marks left over.

There's two views for your vanguard/crucible marks. 1. Total points. This is what you see when you go into the shops at the top next to your glimmer. 2. The weekly points. These are represented by the blue circle around the Strike playlist option and the red circle around the Crucible playlist on your map. They will fill as you earn points for the week. For example. You earn 50 points for the week, you'll see half of a circle, you earn 100 it is a complete circle. The max you can earn in one week is 100. The weekly point circle is the one that resets each week. It will reset on Tuesday morning but i cannot remember the specific hour. I want to say 4am or 5am est. Your total is cumulative so you can purchase gear at the proper level. That number will only increase unless you use the marks to purchase gear.
