Making yourself a better player will not help against a bladedancer. I've blasted them in the face multiple times with shotguns and only removed half their shield. I'm a warlock, and even with my glide ability I can fly 50 feet into the air only to have a bladedancer teleport all the way up there (which is WAY out of their double jump reach) and kill me. Its also pretty hard to hit someone who isn't even visible, since they can teleport all over the place.
