So Why Do You Die In The Crucible?
I'm curious to how most people did in pvp I'd say a mixture of 1 and 3 and 5 for me what about you guys?

People need to understand this and stop blaming their deaths on everything else, because if those weapons were really OP, the lag was that bad, the hit detection was horrible, etc., then I as well as everyone one else in these forums that aren't having a problem in the crucible, should be.

10 RepliesI probably get outgunned once a game (legit 1v1 gunfight where i did not prevail). The rest of my deaths are to supers, OP Warlock / Hunter grenades, knee sliding shotgunners, other times killed from behind... honestly that's really it. Sometimes I'll get sniped, but hey that's my fault.

I freely admit i'm not the best player, some deaths though I have no idea how those bullets curved around that wall to kill me. I'm like 5 feet to the left of the door I ran though, behind a wall and im dead from someone shooting me.

Super and Secondary weapon. Hardly ever killed legitimately by primary.

Map bull crap.. Falling from too high on low health, falling off maps, misjudging the distance between gaps, accidentally sliding off "that pillar" in the forgotten shore on Venus.. You know, the one off the map in the middle of nowhere? Yeah. I die a lot from falling off of things.. My titans fat butt doesn't like heights..

3 RepliesIn 99 % of the cases it's because my team mates are running around the map in a circle while trading control points with the other team. I can't express how much I hate playing the game like that. Why not just take two, sit back and wait for the other team to come instead of running around with a 50/50 chance. The odds are in your favor when you have map control, which you do when you have control points. This never happens though so when I stay, in an attempt to keep a point (for once) I get ganged by five enemies. It doesnt help that when people eventually show up they're so hopelessly clueless that they might aswell AFK. Also, lopsided games since there's no proper matchmaking system.

I'd say like 20% I am outplayed, 20% out-reacted. and 60% mother -blam!-ers lag like crazy and are rewarded :/

Need to work on my headshots, plan out my moves, and most of all: be more patient and stop rushing so much.

Sometimes you just get killed. Maybe you just wiped out two guys and you were caught without any ammo. The guy got lucky with his headshots and I missed mine during that encounter. Could be that I came around the corner prepared, but the enemy had just used his super. Sometimes....you just get killed.

Other. Missed my shot. that 1 bullet blew past their ear. of which woulda been the killing shot. and no im not talking about snipers. anyone whose played against me or with me, knows that im always leading first on my team, and more than occasionally "Best Around".

I get impatient sometimes, or just luck wasn't on my side. I usually can win a 1v1 no problem. A 1v2 only if i have tripmine grenade up and i can get the people shooting me to chase me, after i have planted it somewhere they will run into it. Also Handcannon/Throwning Knife combo hasn't failed me yet :D!!!. But main reasons include: Shotgunners, Titan Hulk Smash, Bladedancers(though ive learned how to deal with them somehow...), pinned down by more than 1 sniper, lag...(thorn helps me get revenge though hehehe..) and thats about it.

Small potion of time due to lag like people jump around due to bad connection and it aggravates me cause u can't counter that
