At the minute it's digital only. I rang Game(UK retailer) to ask about this and was told the powers that be are trying to negotiate a deal with acti-bung to see if they can sort at the very least a discount out.
Don't hold your breath.

Not just the UK either, in Canada same thing if you bought retail the offer does not apply, luckily I bought the digital Guardian edition since it is a ONLINE only game.
