iOS Companion App Bug with Towermap

English: I have in the Companion app always the problem that I still can not open Towermap, Legend & Grimmoar. There always comes the message "Loading yet ..." "it takes a while to load your data, try it again in a few seconds". On iPhone 4S iOS 7 and ipad Mini Retina iOS 8. German: Ich habe in der Companion app immer das Problem das ich weder Legende , Grimmoar noch Turmkarte öffnen kann. Es kommt immer die Meldung "Lädt noch...""es dauert eine weile deine Daten zu laden, probiere es in einigen Sekunden nochmal". Auf iPhone 4S iOS 7 und ipad Mini Retina iOS 8.

  • I am having the same issue as well and I cannot find a fix! Mines a iPhone 4S running iOS 7.1.2 and on an iPad Air with iOS8 so my guess it is account specific and not to do with the hardware.

  • I'm still having the same issues even after the update that was done yesterday ("Still Loading... It's taking a while to load all your data. Please, try again in a few seconds.") I was hoping the update would fix this issue. I can't imagine that we are the only two having this issue. I like using the app but it's kind of pointless when it doesn't work. No matter how many seconds, or minutes, or hours, or days that I wait, I continue to have this same problem. I've tried reinstalling the app multiple times, to no avail. Nothing that I have tried seems to work. Maybe someone else out there has had better luck?

  • I am also having the same problem. Does anyone have any info on a fix? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app - that didn't help.
