I would disagree on Universal Remote. It has a long range compared to any other shot gun. If you think Shot guns are already OP then UR is beast. It took a minute to adjust to a different play style but once you equip a fusion rifle as your secondary. Trust me I don't even have it fully upgraded yet,I can still upgrade two more extended range perks on it and another for aiming down sight. The Iron Banner is where the Exotics are going to truly shine.
