I'm getting the same problem! I decoded a blue engram, and then when I went to inventory, it was not there, even though my inventory keeps lighting up the "up arrow" for the screen where my armor would be, indicating I should have a piece. It's frustrating as hell.

Yea, is really frustrating, specially when is an exotic piece. You know how rare is to win an exotic helmet in a crucible? Has been days playing the same boring missions so I can get a better Rare helmet with more light or a legendary one and nothing. So when I finally get it and is an exotic one, I equipped it with the rare one still in my inventory, to just get in the Tower, get again in the inventory and the rare helmet I replaced with the exotic one is equipped and the exotic one is nowhere to be found. Again, WHAT THE FRAK!!!!!!!!! Thank God I didnt pre-order the Season Expansion DLC!!!!!! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS, BUNGIE?
