3 RepliesPeople who have the head strong attitude to "do right" and play the game to get loot feel like they are getting shafted by farmwrs who sit and shoot and loot. To me farming is ok, if that is how you want to get gear then so be it. Id rather play the game and have fun getting my loot. I have tried to farm and just simply cant do it, its just too boring.

The last time I went to the loot cave I got their while tons of lvl 6 wizards and knights werr spawning form the door in the building to the left of the place where all farmers normally stand and shoot. It was fun! Ihad to use my heavy weapon and got nearly killes twice. Bungie should make this door always spew out high lvl monsters! Maybe with a timer that is randomized.

You play any online game and people will work for the gear and materials they want.. Farming is working.. Working is killing things to obtain loot.. To loot things of the same type over and over from the same group of mobs is to farm.. And this happens no matter where you go. If that's how they want to enjoy their game, who are you to judge? But by sitting Infront of what they are doing, preventing them from obtaining their goal, you are in actual fact more worse yourself than what you make them out to be!

6 Repliesjust a friendly advice to anyone following idiotic advices. that is a grief tactic and is a reportable offense. in the end it's up to bungie and activision to decide what to do with the cave or if it's intended or not. if you end up getting banned over this matter you can't even blame anyone but yourself.

11 RepliesWhat the -blam!- is wrong with you losers? The only reason people are farming is because of this game's shit RNG loot system. They farm because you're much more likely to get something out of it than playing the [more difficult] shitty 7 strike missions over and over and getting jack shit for it. If they want to spend countless hours grinding/farming for better gear, that's perfectly fine. But what's truly pathetic is that for some reason people are enraged by the sight of others wasting their time, not having fun for the sake of getting better gear and feel compelled to stop them. If you're one of this, you seriously and to reconsider your life and your outlook.

what's the issue with people farming the cave? Still a shitty drop rate. not to mention when you do get legendary engrams most of the time they're just blues! lol. Bungie need to take a leaf out of Diablos book. and increase rare/legendary drop rate, for higher difficulty modes/strikes. Doing a high lv strike should be much more rewarding, for the time it takes. Thats how we alleviate this problem of everyone farming trash mobs. (Which shouldn't be changed.. just other ways should be more productive)
