Walk into the cave. Sit down in the cave so enemies can't spawn. Go to lunch

1 ReplySome clarification for you, OP: farming isn't a bannable offense, and there's nothing wrong with doing it. Griefing, which is what you're suggesting and promoting, is the equivalent of in-game trolling and will most likely get you banned.

Quit being a child. Not everyone has the time to spend grinding through missions that don't give jack as a reward. If the loot from beating higher level enemies and bosses was worthwhile you might not see this farming, so be mad at your precious bungie for failing to implement a leveling/loot system that provides incentive for all to play "correctly". Or maybe I should start complaining about the fact that all these worthless gamers are spending so much time on the game and leveling up while I'm doing the right thing by working 50 to 60 hours a week and trying to be a good husband while I try to get everything together in the house I just bought, while you sit in your moms basement and contribute nothing to society except for propping up the Fritos-lays corporation. See I can make assumptions about your personal choices/motives and then trash you for them, as well. Although now that I tried them on your shoes are kind of boring and lame, you should really wear shoes more like mine because they're so much closer to the way shoes are meant to be. PS. Just read this and grammar is awful, I apologize for not fixing it but typing on an iPad isn't that easy.

The best way to stop it is if doing strikes actually gave you a damn thing. There needs to be engrams and drops in strikes so people would "farm" strikes instead of shooting into the loot cave. Do a strike for 30 minutes and maybe get 1 blue engram and jack shit from the boss, or shoot into loot cave for 1 hr and get a legendary engram and 10 blues?

5 RepliesConsider that if bungie looks at the average level and equipment of the players and assumes that everyone has been farming they will ratchet up the in game economy and we will all have to farm to average out. Bungie will just raise the in game prices for items because of the farmers.

He soon shit bricks when a mob war broke out and was dropped faster than Britney Spears first child. I literally pissed myself laughing as he ran around like a headless chicken getting shot from all directions. Made my day it did.

2 RepliesSitting in the cave is the same thing as what the "farmers" are doing. Your stopping the Acolytes from leaving the cave.so, any newcomers into that instance will see no hive enemies.
