Level cap Increase Poll

I would like an over level system. Like light levels, but that actually count for something. I cant use motes of light for vanity because I can use it to gear up. I cant level my alt class because I need motes of light. I want some way to improve while grinding for gear. Kinda like a Diablo 3 paragon, or an alternate currency for vanity/exotic motes.
