My only problem is when i come first in crucible with 10 more kills than the next guy but the last place guy gets the legendary engram

I know that feel I got like 32 kills and did a lot of point captures and kd is 2.0 and guess what no item 3000 point ahead of the second place in my team and then the worst player got the lengendary.... T_T
