I swear I've turned in 15 legendary engrams total and I've gotten one useful item. A rocket launcher. Only 1 other engram was actually legendary and it wasn't for my class. Today my buddy turned in a blue and got a legendary helmet from it. @#$% the cryptarch.

Rahool: "Oh hello Titan what level are you and what do you have for me." Titan: "I'm level 28 and I'm trading in a primary weapon, and boot legendary engrams." Rahool: "Well I have some Warlock boots, oh and for you primary legendary engram I can give you a RARE, yes a rare Shingen E I bet you need one of those.." Titan: WTF! Rahool: NEXT! Hunter: "Hi I'm level 21 and I just got a rare secondary weapon engram." Rahool: "Oh well there's and exotic sniper rifle right here I guess you can have that."

Rahool: "oh darn I am out of recycled weapons guess I need to to go back to the scrapyard to find me useless weapons that most of these people used" Lv23 Warlock: "what was that" Rahool: "nothing nothing I am running low on supply's so I need to close shop for a couple of hours but don't worry I'll back with great weapons and armor"
