Unlikely. My game most likely bugged out the other day (spent time indefinitely in queue), I unplugged my xbox- ethernet and power... Upon restart, thankfully, it worked. Good luck

Possibly. I think I might be in a sub-server or something. No one at all at the tower on a Friday night. No one in the Crucible matches. Nothing.
