Once you register the code its only for that Console. I did the same thing, g/f got the PS4 bundle and I got the ghost edition. Installed it, she got on her profile on my PS4 and was able to access the items but when she logged on to her PS4, it had the items locked. I guess its so you cant go spread the wealth to all your friends

If you get the LE content on 360/ps3 you also get it on one/ps4. It stupidly doesnt work the other way
