Didn't you see their responses from other posts. They pretty much blame every other possible option for your problems. It's YOUR modem, router, ISP, etc.

  • Yep, this.. Everyones internet, modem other games and console work just fine from all around the world but Destiny dos'nt work so its our ISP apparently... In other words thanks for your custom now f*** off if you can't play...... tough!!! At least when GTAV online broke at launch Rockstar were communicating with people. Bungie are putting there fingers in their ears , burying their heads in the sand and blaming everyone else. I always expect issues within 1 maybe two weeks of launch but alot of us are getting nothing. Why on earth thnking of ignoring us is good way to do buisness. I'm not bying anything produced from Bungie again unless this is sorted. I won't get burned twice.

  • Yeah ive read all of them to be honest, I just hoped that maybe this post would get some attention of staff lol, It works sometimes, for a good couple hours but then when im completely into it, i can't play it, like last night i played it all night and today i can't do one game without getting kicked. I agree with GTA they was trying to solve the issue and gave something back to the customers but i don't see that happening with Bungie at the moment and them blaming everything else but there servers.

  • It has a lot to do with who we're trying to get help from. Chances are, the people responding to us aren't really tech savvy to begin with. They're the marketing team. They're given blanketed statements to use. If it falls outside those, they have to get other people involved.
