Everyone complaining about gear has obviously never played an MMO. I remember on certain games you could go weeks without getting the/a piece you want. Everyone else who is complaining about your class, make another one. No one forced you to play that class. Shaddup.

But it's not an MMO. If I'm playing Diablo 3 (which is a far closer assesment of Destiny than MMO) and I'm playing a Monk, the chances of me getting Barbarian gear are astronomically small. A Hunter in Destiny should not decrypt a Rare, Legendary or Exotic engram for a Warlock or a Titan. I play Hunter exclusively. If I was interested in playing a Titan or a Warlock, I would be playing them instead but I'm not. A Hunter should only see Hunter gear and the same goes with the Titan and Warlock. And the Crucible rewards system makes not goddamn sense. How can the guy dragging your team in Control with 0 Captures 1 Kill and 36 deaths nab the best gear but the guy who backpacked the team with 12 captures 40 kills and 6 deaths doesn't get anything? In a gamemode where level advantages are disabled, giving the worst player better gear is not going to make them more competitive. It tells them they can suck and still be rewarded. I'm sorry Timmy, you lost, you suck.

By giving you dope gear for another class should encourage you to make that class and In my opinion I believe that's why bungie set it up that way, to motivate you to try all the classes. I have 2 pieces of exotic armor one for warlock and one for titan and I play a hunter so of course I'm working on a side character which I happen to enjoy playing more than my hunter so ya know it's not all bad.

If you remember the in games purpose for the crucible is for training. A lot of people can't top the leader board. By making it random, you encourage everyone to do the crucible

I stopped reading when you said diablo. Diablo isn't an MMO. Its an action RPG with am MMO element added, I.e chat rooms and clans, which you would only see "x" amount of peopleof at a time. Learn to compare games before you type a long comment. You suck. I win.

Exactly, people are just all bent out of shape period. Like they plan for this game to have a ten year cycle, they can't just barrage us at once. They're probably just going to get us where we need to be (gear levels and such) then release more. I mean shit look at the raid, still only what 2 teams beat it so far? It's patience and timing that will execute this game. And they've done a hell of a job. It's been awhile since I couldn't get my hands off a game. And gear? Blah, I got all my legendary from rare except my auto rifle I got from nightfall. It just takes time.

I love that the game isnt easy hand me gear every run derp derp. I also like that the raid isn't just "join" a que. I hope they ignore the little whiney bitches and keep doing what they are doing.

Exactly, these people are just used to being babied. Destiny is a game for people who want to strive to win, not pay or exploit. Even pvp, I'm not so fancy on fps multiplayer, I feel cod and battlefield are broken, good games just broken. But the bare bones pure skill effort for the pvp is mouth watering.
