We are aware there are some players that are not having a quality experience getting or staying connected to Destiny, even after following the troubleshooting steps. We will be updating the CATTLE/CATERPILLAR, CENTIPEDE, BEE/FLY/LION and BEAVER/FLATWORM/LEOPARD help articles with updates as we investigate.     Some?? I'm seeing thousands of posts daily about connection problems including the multiple times I've posted on twitter/fb/and here BEGGING for help. All of us spent hard earned money and a lot of time playing your game its really disappointing that no one can get any sort of help. None of the supposed work around are working for anyone not one. I have yet to see a sucess story. We can all play our other games, run our apps just fine. Not destiny. Bungie please be a group of adults. Man up to your out of this world fudge up and help us. Delay the dlc for all I care I just want to play this game. I want to interact with fellow players and not have to join my friends halfway thru missions because I get disconnects from public areas. Patrols and tower are pretty much off limits for me. Amd if you know anything about the game you designed youd know how important access to those areas are. i feel its rather stupid you make a game all about "teamwork" "bringing people together" but all your doing is bringing a collective of pissed off guardians together who will most likely boycott your game. And not return anytime soon. It's bad enough the Xbox players got destroyed with content we won't get for over a year.... but now we can't play what we do have. DO SOMETHING.

  • What about the XBOX live disconnect errors? Up until 2 days ago I played this game flawlessly for hours on end. Now I will receive either Caterpillar or Hawk immediately followed by being disconnected from XBOX live with no other error displayed. No other game or application does this. It can't be my connection.

  • Fix the errors already!!! Gta5 comes out Tuesday and I honestly think I'm going to quit destiny because these errors. I have to use my wireless hotspot on my phone to even play your game which makes no sense because my original internet is way faster.....

  • Psn callednighthawk Haven't been able to play for a week keep seeing bee code over and over haven't had any other issues till now. I have great Internet seed and my connection is flawless fix your game.

  • Then caterpillar just now. If there are actual problems on player side or even ISP side, answer me this: wouldn't the regional or ISP error codes display some consistency, such as- he's in this region and they are having this particular problem in that area? So, why have I received 5 different error codes in 20 minute span? Why?

  • Over last two weeks increasingly unable to play. Every damn error code under the sun... baboons, cattle, hyena, etc. Last night attempted daily three times tho bumped each time. Just quit playing f ing destiny. Now, home from work and tried again. New daily, since couldn't accomplish last night, and same thing. 2 minutes in and booted. Started w patches 2 wks ago, ramped up over wknd, hit crescendo mid raid Tuesday (repeatedly, affecting team), and now can't do a damn thing. It's not on my end! Please fix this!

  • I have a pretty weird connection issue that happens every day without delay. Firstly, apologies if this has been covered somewhere else already, it's hard to find with sooooo many threads. Goes without saying, if anyone has seen this somewhere else, send me the link & I'll jump on there. So basically, I have 2 PS4 consoles on the same network. I'm using a Belkin router & up until Destiny I've had no real issues playing online, other than BF4 but that game is a bag of bugs for squad & party play in general. Every time both consoles are on Destiny together, the following happens : Both log onto the PSN with no issues Both log into Destiny with no issues Both join a fireteam together with no issues Around 5-10 mins after this, we both get the message ' #LAN Cable Not Connected' followed by #Beaver error code, the router resets & we are both bumped back to Orbit. We then proceed to log back in & fireteam up again and for the most part, we are usually ok for the rest of the time other than the occasional #canary error & bump back to orbit for one of us. The Nat type is 2 for both consoles if this info helps. I've been thinking about assigning static IP's to both consoles & possibly opening up the relevant ports but I'm just wondering if anyone else has had the same issues ? I'm wondering if it's a router problem but as it's only really an issue with Destiny - I'm reluctant to shell out for a new one. Anyhow, would appreciate any feedback you guys have. Cheers !
