It's called they're going to update the game and story every 2 to 3 weeks for the next 10 years.

Really where's the open world? I see a linear trail you can occasionally go left or right on once in a while? Where's the epic story? Bland as shit severely underwhelming. Epic boss battles? You mean fighting giant sponges with water guns?

Bungie never mentioned open world or an epic story. In fact the only story they emphasized was your own personal story as u played with friends and others. See a game for what it is and you will never be disappointed. Plus bungie gave you an alpha and a beta and yet here u are complaining about your purchase and they gave you a preview of what the game was. And the beta was very veey accurate to what the game was.

False. Very false. They gave you 5% told us there was much more made us pay full price and the game is now only 30% complete.

Lets see they gave us pvp what a zone looks like gave us story missions a strike, the iron banner event and allowed ed us to go to the moon. Deej even confirmed during beta how many loacations there where and what we had in store when the game came out. That seems to give a really really good idea as to what the game is like. And bungie was right in regards to CONTENT the beta was like 15%. And I hope u know the difference between "content" and "locations".

I don't recall any of those phrases being used in marketing. You must have made some rash assumptions. I'm sorry to hear that. I used to do that about movies, now I just try to watch them without reading/talking about them first and I have a much better experience.

They knew what they implied in so many words. What you do is allow technicality to justify the ends. That's just like a man walking up to your wife pushing her and saying "woah bro I didn't hit her it was a push" and you shrugging it off. That's bullshit you'd beat the shit out of that guy. None of that was ADVERTISED. It was discussed pre-release. Anyone who's ever followed a game pre-release knows you never get everything the devs say they try to implement. And both the terms "epic" and "open world" are subjective as well.

Right... and you can keep going through life expecting things that aren't promised. I'm sure you'll feel content on a regular basis. I'm not saying it's the best game in the world. I'm just pointing out that you're acting like the "entitled generation" this thread is complaining about. Open your eyes and make judgments for yourself and stop complaining when the (open)world isn't handed to you just because you think it should be. You had at the very least, a weekend to try out the beta and know what you were getting into before you put your money down. If you put your preorder in before that, then you did so uninformed, and I'm sorry to hear it. You can call me a zealot all you want to invalidate my responses for your own coping, but frankly, I'm just spitting truth here because people like you annoy me.
