[u]Everything is fair whats being said[/u] This is the thing now, cause at level 18 you should start having a chance at those blue armor engrams, if your lucky then 17, and that should let you go into light levels. And im saying its the same at my level, i cant get to 25 and the only suggestion i can thinkbof is to get legendarys, and my side of the theory is that its the same chance to get legendarys at level 24 than getting blues at 18 or even greens at like 5.
